Year 5 & 6 Tag Rugby Competition
Our tag rugby team also went to Chailey Secondary School this month to compete in the cluster tag rugby competition. Considering they had only had a few practices, and the fact that some had never played rugby before, they all performed fantastically! After losing their first match, they came back fighting and went on to either win or draw their subsequent matches, resulting in them achieving second place. Well done team!
Year 3 & 4 Athletics Festival
A group of year 3 & 4 children attended the Indoor Athletics competition at Chailey Secondary School this month. There were lots of different field and track events which the children took part in, including relay races, obstacle courses and a variety of throwing and jumping events. It was a fun afternoon and the children all brilliant time, whilst displaying fantastic sportsmanship!
